Dear parents and friends of the PTA,

 

This is your invitation to the EGM of Wollaston Primary PTA which will be held on 2nd May at 3:45pm in the school. 

 

Unfortunately since our AGM in January we have been unable to find people to fulfil the key roles of our committee. In order to continue to run we must have a chair, treasurer and secretary. As these positions are currently vacant we cannot continue to run the PTA. We are holding an EGM where if we cannot appoint a committee the PTA will be closed. Please find attached a document outlining the qualities and responsibilities for the three key roles we need to fill to see whether you are able to help us continue.

 

Nominations for the key roles need to be received by Thursday 25^th April. Please email wollastonprimarypta@gmail.com with your expression of interest or if you have any other questions regarding these roles.

If no committee can be formed then the PTA will be forced to close.
