Vision and Values
Values at Wollaston Primary School
At Wollaston Primary School, our values—We include, we involve, we challenge, we support, we respect each other, and we have fun—shape everything we do. We include and we involve mean that every child, family, and staff member feels they belong and can contribute; diversity is celebrated and each voice matters. We challenge encourages high aspirations, pushing ourselves to learn, grow, and reach new heights beyond comfort zones. We support ensures everyone has the encouragement, care, and tools they need to succeed—emotionally, socially, and academically.
Together, we respect each other underpins our interactions: listening, kindness, understanding, and honouring differences build a safe, trusting school community. We have fun reminds us that learning and growing should be joyful; laughter, creativity, and positive experiences make school a place to look forward to. These values are important because they foster a culture where children feel valued and motivated, where staff work collaboratively in a safe, respectful environment, and where everyone thrives—not just in academic achievement, but as confident, caring individuals.
